Who's going to Michigan State Championships?

Please complete this survey by Wednesday, April 4th. The purpose of this survey is to communicate who is going and when. If we do not have a reply by 12 midnight on Wednesday, April 4th, you will be considered as not attending and the team will plan accordingly. If you sign up to attend and do not, you will be responsible to find someone to cover your job assignments.
