Starting with the 2015-2106 season, the students were tasked with documenting and publishing "Best Practices" or other White Papers as part of their varsity letter requirements.  The goal is to build a book of knowledge that can be passed on to each incoming wave of students.  We hope to accelerate the learning process for incoming students so their contributions to the team are multiplied.
