Designing the Robot:   Using  a CAD (Computer Aided Design/Drafting) program helps young ladies to conceptualize the design as most shy away from STEAM as they don't have much experience.  It's not your grandpa's CAD any more as modern day CAD programs are easy to use and provide alot of feedback in a visual model.  Parts and Assemblies can be tested, tried, and proven all within CAD's graphic program. 

 

Training and support provided by the Flying Toasters will make sure girls are successful and have a deep understanding of what the final product should be.
